Responsibilities:
• Provides general sales support and phone coverage for customers
• Provide application support and training to customers when necessary.
• Communicate with the head office to answer customer questions about products and applications
• Schedules visits with customers in assigned territory
• Provides quotations for products and service in accordance with pricing and delivery policy
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Leads generation and qualifications
• Develops forecast and sales plan for assigned territory
Requirements:
• BS in acoustics, mechanical engineering, or test & measurement (a Science or Engineering degree is required for this position)
• Experience with MS Offices
• Good team work
• Reasonable English skills, including speaking, writing and reading.
• Minimum 2 years NVH or Structural Dynamic experiences are required
• Auto, aerospace industry working experiences are as the plus

- Application Engineers (Market Based)
Responsibilities:
• Provides general sales support and phone coverage for customers
• Provides application support and training to customers when necessary on assigned market
• Communicates with the head office to answer customer questions about products and applications
• Provides support to the regional sales on the quotations for products and service in accordance with pricing and delivery policy
• Leads generation and qualifications
• Responsible for making appropriate product recommendations to customers.
• Support MarCom team on the market related activities
• Works with the Engineering department and Product Managers in developing customized products.
• Acts as a liaison between the customer and Product Managers by communicating customer feedback and customer input required for market research.
• Travels to customer locations and tradeshows to provide technical assistance/sales calls and assist in product demonstration training.
Requirements:
